I think I've mentioned before that all I can get in my area for an internet connection is dial up. Really sucks, but maybe someday there will be a faster option. Anyways, I've been using NetZero's 3g high speed for the past 2 years without much of a problem. Lately though, the high speed part has been very flaky. It keeps disconnecting and speeds have been slow. The other day I got fed up and came across a couple of different providers with good reviews. One is Toast.net. I haven't tried it yet though. The one I'm trying now is Copper.net High Speed. They have a really good deal going on right now, which is why I tried it first. It's $1 for 3 months, after which you can cancel if not satisfied. So far it's not bad. Netzero would always take a long time to load certain sites, such as blogs, including this one. Copper.net doesn't seem to have that problem. My blog actually loads pretty quick. The only drawback so far is Copper.net's high speed also seems to have a problem staying connected initially. Once it gets going though it is fine. So far connection speeds seem a bit faster than Netzero.
Regular price for the high speed version is $14.95 per month. Without high speed, it's $9.95 per month. The customer service number is also free. Unlike Netzero, which charges $2 per minute. Most numbers are V.92. You get a free 25mb email address. There seem to be a lot of access numbers, although just 2 for my area, but it's rural. Copper.net connects faster than Netzero, since it uses the built in dial-up networking in Windows. Netzero has it's own java application, which is much slower. Copper.net also lets you stay connected for a maximum of 4 hours, whereas Netzero disconnects you after 3 hours. If you're looking for a new dial up isp or a backup internet connection, you might want to check out Copper.net.
BTW, Copper's high speed is also compatible with the wiflyer.

We have decided to make a few modifications to our TIB website. The new changes will reward our active and hard working members substantially more than in the past. Please take your time and go over these changes. They will be posted on the website as well.



1.) We will now base everything on a point system exclusively. You will get 1 point for reading an email and 3 points for each referral.

2.) On the 14th and 28th of each month, you will receive funds in your account based on how many emails you read (1 point) and how many people you refer (3 points). Nothing has changed with TUS in terms of money getting returned. I have asked and asked but to no avail. I have to assume that I was under the false impression of 'real investing'. I will also assume that the money I 'invested' was 'invested' in ponzi schemes! You live and learn I guess! BIG shame really, because if I had known then what I know now, things could have possibly been different.


I am going to take TUS offline and save the database so I have a list of those members that did not get into profit. I have waited and waited and waited, no 'investments' are getting returned and I am now fed up with the whole situation. I can’t see the point in me continuing to plead for the money.


I have started trading on Betfair and also a small amount on igindex. There were some hiccups at the start, due to me not following my plan as I should, but that is now resolved. To start 80% (thereabouts) will be used on Betfair, and 20% on igindex. I have started a new program (NOT aurosurf), and if that goes well with the trading, some profits will be used to pay members who lost out in TUS. That is my aim at least!


Again, apologies for those that lost out. Hopefully the new program can go towards paying some members who never got anything back/didn’t profit. The main plan I am promoting with the new site is 'Plan 3' which is 100% real trading (Betfair and Igindex). There are other plans, but this is the low risk/low roi/variable roi option that I am particularly interested in building. However, because of the limited resources that My2Daily.com has brought in, right now, it is nearly impossible to make that money back. The people in My2Daily are great, keeping it at a high upgraded to free ratio.
Without Your help on the recovery for the 10% profit database, it can’t happen very easily.

Well, I've discovered something new, digital picture frames. Looks pretty cool. Pretty much everyone I know these days uses a digital camera rather than a film camera. Definitely much cheaper to get the prints. The only drawback is people tend to take tons and tons of pictures with a digital camera. That can be a pain to print out hundreds of photos. You can also huddle people around the computer to show off your digital photos, but that also can be a pain. A digital photo frame definitely makes it alot easier to show of your digital photos.
All you do is take the memory card containing your digital photos and insert it into a slot in the digital photo frame. Then, using the included infrared remote control, you can select your favorite slide show.

Did you know Amazon.com now sells groceries? I usually shop at Aldis and Walmart, but both places seem to be raising prices. Shopping at Amazon sounds better and better, free shipping and I don't have to leave the house. With a sibling for my son on the way, grocery shopping at Amazon may be a good idea.:)

I haven't mentioned the WiFlyer in a while, but I'm still amazed by it. It is so cool. I live in a rural area where the only internet connection I can get is dial up. I'm really glad I discovered the WiFlyer though. It is a small device which plugs into an electrical outlet and phone jack and turns a dial up connection into a wireless dial up connection. I finally bought myself a laptop, so now I can move all over the house and still be able to surf the web using a dial up connection. No more extra long phone wire and no more confinement to one spot. Very sweet. There is also a new version of the WiFlyer out. It has a few more features and has a longer range.

I've been busy working on my squidoo lens. I created a money making lens back in March and haven't done anything with it since. I checked it out yesterday and saw I made 40 cents. I know, that's nothing, but I made 40 cents doing nothing, so maybe if I do something, I'll make even more. I made a lens for my soap opera blog, now I just have to make one each for my parenting blog and tech tips blog. So far my lenses are pretty basic. I'll add more content once I get them up and running.
Squidoo is kind of cool. Each lens has google adsense and you can add products from different stores such as Amazon in order to make money. Apparently search engines love Squidoo lenses too, so Squidoo may be a good way to promote products and other sites.

Ok. I've discovered another get paid to blog site. This one is called Smorty. Paid blogging is a good way to advertise on blogs.
On initial signup, I had 4 offers. I've been slacking off lately and have only done 1 of them. Smorty pays weekly by PayPal and I have received payment for the 1 offer I did. Once an offer is accepted, you have up to 72 hours to complete it. Each post must have a minimum of 150 words and a maximum of 400 words.
In order for your blog to be accepted, it must be indexed by Google and Yahoo, be at least 3 months old, must not contain any violent, hate related or adult content, must be active and have a history of at least 2 new posts per week.
You can submit as many blogs as you want. The more blogs you submit, the more you can get paid for blogging.
There is also an affiliate program, however your affiliate link can not be promoted on any site which also promotes autosurfing.
Each post pays a minimum of $6 and depends on your sites Google page rank and Smorty smart score, which is determined by combining the following:

1. Googles PageRank
2. Alexa Rankings
3. Return rate of given tasks
4. Approval/Decline ratio of completed tasks
5. Number of completed tasks

Sorry for the lack of updates, I've just had nothing new to offer, and my eyes needed a break from the computer.
Did finally break down and buy a laptop. Won't get it for at least a week though. Dell's having a really good Memorial Day sale, ends May 31, 2007, 6am(CT). Here's the link if interested. After much discussion, consideration and reflection, Marc and I have decided to no longer offer the investment program through SolidTrust.info We know this will come as a disappointment to many of you.


After our last update, in which we stated that members who only used EGold would need to wait to see how the current EGold situation resolved itself, we received so much HATE MAIL, accusations, threats and insults that we have decided it is in our best interest and the interest of all to gradually close the program.


Additionally, we have been accused of stealing money from members in order to bolster SolidTrust Pay, which has not the slightest hint of truth in it - they are separate companies. As a matter of fact, STPay has financially supported SolidTrust.info through transaction fees received. There has also been a huge increase in the number of member complaints....the monthly ROI is too low....surf X Y and Z are paying so much more...I want a refund so that I can put my money there....how come we're so low when SO and SO is paying so much more, etc. etc. etc. ? We do not believe in deleting members who complain...they have every right to voice their opinion. But it has become too much of an emotional drain to deal with this negativity and if everyone is so unhappy then closing doors is the best solution for all.


We will gradually liquidate the stocks and options and pay out the membership. If we were to liquidate everything all at once, there would be significant loss so that doesn't make financial sense. We will start by taking care of the members who have been with us the longest and look at each account.


The site will remain open indefinitely so that members who wish to, can continue to advertise at no charge.


Please do not flood us with either I'm Sorry I Complained emails or Please Reconsider emails - we have thought about this long and hard and the decision has been made.

Received a very fast payment from PsTraffic today and will be reupgrading.

I was doing some blog surfing today and came across a free report which may be useful to some. It's about Google AdSense and promotes a piece of software called the Google Cash Detective. Interesting, and free so it's worth a read. There are also a couple of free videos, which I haven't checked out due to my slow internet connection. They do sound like they may be worth checking out though. Anyways, this is a new report is from Chris Carpenter, the author of "Google Cash". Andrea is currently going through the list of members to be paid both that are outstanding from last month, due to the missed surfing days being added, and this months pay, once she has finished doing this, she will send out an email to make sure, no-one has been missed, please wait for that email, before chasing for payment, it is in hand, you will be paid soon.


Sen, our programmer is working on the script, to sort out any tiny bugs. You should now be able to submit a website, upgrade, submit an abuse report, and see banners in the PTC area. He is now working on being able to change the settings, so that you can surf more sites, as many of you have rightly requested that. I have put some more banners in the PTC area, they are of traffic exchanges that work for us, together with an ebook on how to get the most out of traffic exchanges, if you use them.


There has been some concern among some of the members about upgrading with egold. I can understand your concerns however, I would like to re-assure you, that I have contacted egold myself, and have been told all is OK, however, if you would rather not upgrade with egold, but want to upgrade, you can if you wish, sign up to another account with us, and upgrade with alert pay, this is of course up to you, but you may feel safer doing this. You will need to surf both accounts to be paid.

Have been busy checking out communities at MyBlogLog. Lots of good sites with good info.

The latest big news though is it looks like Bob at Tristar is finally calling it quits, check out Dolphin for the info.
Luckily I never joined any of his sites. Too much hype surrounding them.

Online form

If you have a website, chances are you might want to add an HTML form, such as an email form or contact form. For inexperienced web designers, this could be a huge task. Many people just use templates when building a website.
Well, there is a company called Forms4Free which can help website owners add an online form to their website. For free, they will help create the form. For a one time fee of $19.95, they will also provide a formmail file, which is a processing file that gets uploaded to the website. It will process the form and email the answers from the form to the webmaster. Forms4Free is probably one of the only sites on the web which provide a formmail file.
Formmail is important since it lets web site owners process forms through their site, rather than an outside service which uses it's own server. Many html form services take the user to a page full of advertisements after the form has been submitted. This can be confusing and look unprofessional.
If any problems are encountered once the formmail file has been paid for, Forms4Free will check the hosting setup and fix any problems it finds.

It's now 5 months since I acquired 17SurfPro and despite a few small bugs during the past week or so, I am pleased to report that everything is going well. The 'bugs' resulting from a recent security upgrade have been fixed and we should be back to normal service today with payments for expired upgrades being made within 24-36 hours, usually sooner during weekdays.


Please check your accounts and if you think you have any payments outstanding for expired upgrades made before (and including) 23 April let me know.


When I acquired 17SurfPro I said that I would let the program settle down before making any changes and currently I see no reasons to make any further changes apart from those already made (the addition of AlertPay, for example) and the following two modifications which have made today:


The maximum number of upgrade units is increased to 300 ($3,000). This is the result of requests from a few members who have reached the maximum.


The account inactivity period is reduced from 30 days to 17 days. This means that free members who do not login for 17 days have their accounts deleted. This will help keep the database free of redundant accounts.

Dear MRD members,
As most of you are probably aware, interest in myrandomdownline has been waning since the first month. In fact, interest in the paid to surf and High yield has been waning for over a year now. Jason and myself were looking over facts and figures regarding the top get paid to forums out there and it speaks volumes as to the state of the make money world- TalkGold for instance is down nearly 20% in traffic over the past six months.
Obviously, the whole reason for myrandomdownline was to give people who have a hard time building a referral base a way to maximize their profit potential. The project hinged on building a huge subscribership in order for this to be effective. Given the current state of the get paid to world, we feel like this is just not going to happen. With such a small membership base, we feel like it is time to call this project a failure and move on to bigger and better things.
Anyone with a balance in MRD can still cash out. We will give you 7 days to do so before yanking the site from our server. The following sites will be shut down: myrandomdownline.com, npgforum.com, and everymansmonitor.com. For those of you who stuck with us, we appreciate you more than you will ever know.

Too bad. I dropped out of MyRandomDownline after the first month as I didn't get any referrals and few clicks. I did like the forum though. I'm just not much of a forum poster as I just don't have the time.

Generation 12 Advertising is back up and running. We have processed all refund request we have received. If you still have not requested your refund please do so from the Members menu.

We are back up and running full speed. Yesterday was one of our biggest days since our launch March 2nd.

We are still working on the Alertpay Script for Deposits. I am sure it will be up by mid week.

This means that the current members who have upgrades with alert pay may see a short delay in payouts. Do not worry I am working on making sure your payouts will happen. This will not effect e-gold users. Even if things stay the same with Alert pay (with them not accepting any money from e-gold) once all of the current upgrades expire things should be back to normal.
