PsTraffic, Generation 12, Egold
Received payment, through egold, from PsTraffic, and reupgraded.
Yeah, the egold saga continues. Apparently back in 2005 a similar situation occurred, but was dropped. I guess it's a wait and see situation. It's probably a good idea not to keep much, if anything, in your egold account until we know what happens. Check out Dolphin, Dollars Blog and Drunk's World for more info.
Here's the latest from Generation 12:
Over the past few hours we have been investigating if the E-Gold rumors are true. From what we have found the rumors are true. We do not know the future of E-Gold or what next week will hold. We do not want to just drop E-Gold as they have been good to us. We have received several emails and support tickets from members requesting that we do not process any more cash outs to their egold account. Starting this afternoon all earnings will be posted to your Earnings balance. We are looking at moving all fund to Alertpay. I would suggest that if you do not have an Alertpay account, you look into getting one. We will review this situation over this weekend and make a decision to continue with the Generation Sites or issue refunds on advertising not delivered to accounts not in profit. We are looking at several options. I will be issuing another News Letter at the first of the week. If you have any suggestions please submit a support ticket to our Members Support Syste!
m and they will be reviewed by my me and my staff. All pending cashouts will be reversed and placed into your Earnings account.
The Doors are not closing on Generation at this time. Please give us time to review all options.

Generation Advertising Admin.
The e-gold issue is going to provide a perfect opportunity for autosurf/hyip sites to close shop and run with the money, so if you're going to do any upgrading, use extreme caution until the situation is resolved.
The only 2 sites I recommend are TrickleDownCash and 17SurfPro, Surf7Daily. The first and last sites have been running for over a year. The first site will hit 2 years in another month.
The second site is newer, but is the same admin as the last site.
Even, though these are recommended, still use caution.

While I was browsing MyBlogLog today, I came across a post with 101 tips on driving traffic to your website or blog. It had some different ideas. It's worth a read.
Here's the first 10 tips:
If you’re launching a new site, or new content, write an introduction and submit it to share sites like Digg, Reddit and Now Public.
Create a Yahoo Group in the niche your site sits.
Create a MySpace account and use it to publisise your site.
Bookmark your site on Del.icio.us and if you’re really keen, add a Del.icio.us button to your homepage.
Create a Technorati account and “claim” your blog.
Submit your site to free, search engine friendly directories. An excellent list can be found here.
