Wow, I've received the rest of my pending payment at old DanishAmericanSurf! If you're looking for a new site to join, this might be a good one. Do use caution though, but I think it's good for right now. The admin, Laura, seems to be back on track. This site has a good treasure hunt I like. You get 5 clicks on a map per day to earn extra cash or credits. The cash is good, anywheres from .01 to at least .05, maybe .10, I forget. I usually get some sort of extra cash just about every time I play.

Soap Opera Blog, DanishAmericanSurf, TrickleDownCash
In case anyone actually reads this and you are a soap opera fan, I've set up a soap opera blog here. I'm a huge soap fan, been watching ever since I can remember. General Hospital is my favorite, but I also watch Days of Our Lives and One Life to Live. Since I got SoapNet, I've also been sucked into All My Children and The Young and the Restless. Those two I keep up on, but don't watch faithfully.
By the way my soap blog uses the new blogger. I like it. More templates & a gui for arranging elements. Not sure if it's as easy to edit the html directly. I tried to add a link to the layout, but I ended up using the gui as I kept getting an error.
DanishAmericanSurf has a refund list on the members page showing what is owed & what has been paid for the old DAS. Yup, I received a partial payment from Old DAS. Very surprising.
Admin of TrickleDownCash will have limited availability until Jan 2. Miriam is taking time off for the holidays.

Amazon, Tracfone, Net10, SlamDunkAdvertising, SiteEnhancements
I am now an Amazon affiliate. Cool. Am in the process of building a mini store of products I have purchased from Amazon & will be writing a review of each product. Amazon is definitely my favorite store on the internet. Here's the link to my store and the link to my page of reviews.

I went with a tracfone for my mother for Christmas. Now to figure out how to activate it. Tracfone & Net10 must both be pretty popular as both sites are down due to high traffic & maintenance.
Net10 Between the two, Net10 appears to be the better deal, but I don't expect my mother to use the phone that much, so I went with Tracfone. They have a really good camera phone deal going on.
Update from SlamDunkAdvertising says cash reserves are starting to pick up. I have two pendings, so I hope so. Robert is a good admin & I'm sure he will get things back in order. The closing of DadnDaves & 12by12daily did not affect him much as he didn't have much invested with them. Site Enhancements also didn't lose much.

12by12Daily & DadnDaves are completely dead. There were warning signs, but I'm surprised it happened so soon without more effort to save them. I was in profit at 12by12Daily, but I really hoped I'd get at least one payout at DadnDaves.
13 Daily Pro is also gone. I went in for 1 round a while back, but stayed out after that. Good thing.
I think that is what I need to start doing to keep from losing. Find a site bloggers say is good early on. Go in for a round or two & get out. Guess hit & run. It would help on losing. It's hard not to feel loyalty to sites, but when it comes to making in money, I guess there is no loyalty.

I've decided to get out of the dimension ads except for the first one. They are just too much of a pain to surf. Sometimes during surfing, I automatically get brought back to the login page, some of the surf sites are slow loading. I use dial up and I just don't have the time to wait.
By the way, I joined taketheinternetback. It's a totally free paid to read email site. They send 1 to 10 emails a day, you click on a link in the email & get points. No robot checking like some programs. You also get $10 to start & free downloads. $20 is needed to cash out. So far it seems like a good site.
