to Aquascom Ltd. This was decided last week.



Basically nothing will change to You.
I will be administrating the website as usual and payouts
have already started.


There is only thing that You should be aware of;


OneCentSurf.com domain has been changed to the NEW house of
OCS: CentSurf.com.


All your details and referrals have been moved to the
new website too.


GOLD members should still be patient while we deeply
check the situation.
In the meantime we have raised the maximum upgrades
to 30000 ($30) for Silver members.


In order to receive your old cashout You will have to
be a Silver member; any amount of upgrade is required.
We will try to be fast clearing old payouts; however,
the maximum days that we will be able to payout each day
will be of 3. If You had a pending of the 14th, 15th or 16th

This is some good and some not so good news.!


As almost all of you are aware we hare having some serious script problems when it comes to cashing out. 99% of the time when a upgrade expires and a cashout is made it "DOES NOT" deduct it form the cash balance, when it should. Now i admit, that some, if not all is my fault, Not rollersoft. So after speaking to my Admins and my close friends who help me make swift-hits.net. We have decided on some choices.


1. Close swift forever-- ( NOT GONNA HAPPEN)


or


2. Stop all upgrades as of today , and wait till everyone is paid out and then close swift-hits for a few 1 or 2 ( maybe even open up on the same day) and start with a fresh database and script, So there will be no errors or anything like that. We will close as soon as the last payout is made!


You will have to re-sign backup with Swift-hits.net( since everyone will be free members) after we get it backup and tested. I will post it in the Autosurfcentralcafe forum, on the progress! It wont take long to get everything back up!


The reason i am having to do this is because some people have not told me that they have been paid to much, or have not told me about thier cash balance. Again, most of this is my fault due to when i opened Compounding up!. Which will NEVER happen again!


You can finish surfing everyday until your upgrade expires,( at that time you will be paid) then you will need to delete your account, as new sign-ups wil not be accepted, until after i open back up!


I am running my other site http://www.fair-surf.com flawlessly with no problems at all!



The last Upgrade will expire on 02 Sep 2007 ( on Swift-hits) ..If everything goes according to plan and my programmer is doing good, we should have it ready between sept 2 and sept 4th..
Then everyone can re-join!
I am not gonna close swift until the last payout is made!




Swift-hits.net will still be 3% for 50 days!.


I understand if you wanna send me hate mail and whatever kind of mail, but you all know that i am NOT gonna take off with your money, you have to believe me!
I believe that i have been more than honest with you ever since i started swift-hit and fair-surf so keep that in mind, i will also try to remain active in the forums as well.!

Not sure if I will reupgrade when it opens back up. Will have to see what the minimum upgrade is.
