GlobalWaveTraffic has turned off upgrades for a few days. Upgrades are missing & some accounts are wrong. Admin needs a few days to talk to other admins and get things straightened out. Probably nothing to worry about.
Today is the only day to upgrade at 3rd Dimension Ads. Signups are also still enabled for today.
